There were 2-3 very small issues, basically Sumlin see's his potential as a leader in the locker room, and we need him pushing guys in the right direction all the time, not just towards the end zone.

I believe the last straw was an issue at the REC with another student. No assault or anything, I think Sumlin just wanted him to tap the brakes a little and think about the example he sets.

I've heard the same things. He needed an attitude adjustment. I hope it sinks in.
