True nobody knows for sure but coach Mac. So why call it a douche move? Seems like that was a shot at Mac for no reason. If u want to call him a douche do it on something substantial like his sideline tirade. That at least would have some merit.

Anyway no hard feelings.

Is Goodell in charge of this? That may be the death penalty for Tennessee. We really need to protect the integrity of the game and thats flat out cheating. Jones is a cheater and here's the proof. Now,if we can pay the hind center enough money to say Jones told him to do this and if we can come up with some clever headlines for the media, we can probably get Tennessee banned even in women's basketball, Im sure they knew all about this as well.

j/k
4 games to best player, a million dollars to the owner and a 1st and 4th round draft pic taken away from the GM and HC for the PSI being a little low on footballs that the referees line up on every play. Integrity! I say integrity, my boy.
But lets preach safety while showing training camp fights on the NFL website itself. Boy, this integrity stuff is confusing.
Im sure Brady thought this was the best way to cheat and no way would a referee or a player that was traded from the Patriots would ever turn him in.

One tip Tennessee: Jefrey L. Kessler

If the refs stop the clock after the first down near midfield with 1:13 left like they should have Tennessee gets another 10-15 yards and makes the field goal.

Florida cheated by having the clock operator run it down from 1:13 to 0:58 after a first down before the ball was spotted, so this thread is a fail.

Having to cheat to beat lowly Tennessee

I think the new move of calling a timeout right as the ball is snapped is a douche move. It wastes time, statistically it provides no advantage, and it is unsportsmanlike. I enjoy it when the kicker misses the first and makes the second because it penalizes idiots who do that. I took a shot at him because he did what is a douche move. Miles did it against State. I didn't like it when he did it either. I didn't like it when Coughlin did it.

Both UT and UF have for the most part agreed the game was officiated rather poorly.

It was an SEC game. Bad refs are a given.

Nah. We would have chosen to block the kick if that happened.

You gotta link to a video of the clock cheating? I'd like to review that to see if you are right or just bitching.

No need to make them feel worse than they already do at this point.

Wrong. ALWAYS make UTK feel worse than they already do.

I'm impressed Butch pulled one over on those finely tuned SEC Officials. That's pretty slick Butch!

I'm confused. A referee stands on the spot and holds the ball during a timeout. So after the timeout, the snapper asks the ref to scoot the ball left a few yards? And he actually obliged? More power to TN. You never know if you don't ask.

Actually a pretty big deal. State would have beaten LSU had this happened

Actually you know what? State shouldn't have even run their last 2-3 plays. Go back and watch. The clock was stopped for a solid 9 or 10 seconds when it should have been running

Shite was pissing me off. Only reason no one knows about it is because we won. Surprised we didn't see any of our fans bitching on here about it

Not Tennessee's fault, just more poor officiating.

To be as predominant and wealthy a conference as we are, our refs suck. The SEC needs to pay what it takes to get competent officials.

Who cares? If the ball was on the 10 yard line and Tennessee attempted a field goal, result would have been the same. We're cursed. The script was already written.

On the 2nd attempt, the ball was moved over 4-5 yards
Maybe they should have tried moving it ahead 4-5 yards instead of over.

Someone else noticed it...

Also he let the UF clock operator get away with murder in the final minute. On the final drive Tenn's first 1st down they did not stop the clock till 10-15 seconds ticked off lol.

I didn't record the game, but this happened at about midfield with 1:13 or thereabouts left on the clock. Tennessee got a first down, and the clock did not stop until fifteen seconds had run off the clock --- all of this before the ball had been spotted.

If Medley somehow miraculously made the improbable 55 yarder, I can see the yellow flags flying after 10 seconds of joy. I just know it.
