Champ Bailey is damn near 40 years old and can still truck it with pads on. Again, you're not getting what I'm saying. There's a difference between track speed and football speed.

no shite there is a difference between football speed and track speed. it doesnt have anything to do with certain guys, like champ bailey, having a great inate ability to carry extra weight without losing speed.

It's quite obvious that you are, sorry

nah, obviously i'm just pointing out the dumb shite you're saying in your weak flames so i can pass the time.

I did too and then I remembered we had Les Miles on the sideline and knew we could lose at any moment to any team.

I know we had a shite gameplan that night, but this was the 1st year in a long time where we don't struggle for 4 quarters against lesser talented opponents and you come out with this?

Seems like you're having a little trouble understanding that.

I haven't flamed one time in this thread, you GD retard. Hightower is slow, IMO, and you can deal with it. One 40 time isn't changing my mind. I'd also like to know how saying he will be a 1st round pick, in the 20's, is a flame.

I'm not jelly of anyone at the combine. There's a reason nobody, aside from Josh Harris and Brandon Mosley, are there. Tubb's abortion of a 2008 class is the cause. It happens. BTW, this is flaming, and completely irrelevant.

Unofficial. Official was 4.68

Still impressive.

Link me to someone saying Hightower was not as good a player as Baker at any point.

Alabama fans are some serious tools.

I don't think any LSU fan ever said Baker was better than Hightower. I also think Baker plays faster than Hightower, despite what the 40 times say. It could be because of scheme, I have no clue.

It wasn't specifics. LSU fans were saying their LB corp was faster than 'Bama's LB corp.

LSU Fans were saying that their LBs are smaller and faster. Whereas, 'Bama's LB were slow and fat.

Link me to where an LSU fan, in all seriousness, said fat.

I think it is fair to say that our defense does play faster than Bama's. That's not a knock on Bama, just an observation.

You don't want to go there, Rex

Many LSU fans bashed Hightower and our corp for being fat and slow. We all know each fan bases have shitty fans, though.

Or you can say at least some of their LBs aren't that good at running sideline to sideline.

I think the scheme LSU runs lends to the thought that they "play faster", but I don't think there is any real difference. Both are elite in the speed department...

I'd say that the Bama and LSU secondaries are alike in speed. The linebackers are close, but LSU's dline is much faster. That's due to scheme, though. Bama's scheme doesn't call for speed at dline.

-I think a big takeaway from this is tight butthole Saban will tighten up that butthole about 10 extra notches on Jan. 9th seeing as how the trick play cost them immediately following Trent's lone big run of the game and how throwing the ball on 1st and 2nd down in OT cost them.

- Ford again makes the Bama LBs look like they are the Acme Piano Moving Company. #35 in particular might as well have stayed in the locker room at halftime with how slow he played in the 2nd half and OT.
