And today the houses across the LSU lakes from the campus go for around a cool million.
The 'cheap' houses are outside the South Gates. Those only go for a quarter mil and up. Mostly up.

Yeah the actual college campus is on the other side of campus. You should visit it one day. The campus is actually very beautiful with old brick buildings. It is very much overshadowed because of the VUMC and VUMC Children's Hospital.
