List is awful.
BDS is top 3.
Texas should be down there near JHS as middle of the pack.
Arkansas is above Kentucky and USCe
MSU and OM are better than UK and Mizzou

Neyland does rock - I remember the game there, both teams ranked (but low - 19 vs 23). Wild atmosphere.
