Picture of OU is 5-7 years old significant remodel since then including closing in the South EZ
It was kind of weird how they picked a photo for Texas from what looks to be our 2021 spring game (which was when the new South EZ was still under construction), but chose an older photo of OU, considering their EZ was closed years ago

Not playing at 11 am might help too.

11 a.m. home games for Texas in the last 3 seasons: 4

11 a.m. home games for A&M in the last 3 seasons: 4

Doesn't seem like there's much of a difference to me

Neyland too high, it's a freaking dump

Neyland may be old, but that place has the best atmosphere in the SEC when the team is actually good.

OU’s stadium sucks. Very underwhelming seeing a game there

The problem with Alabama's is that the first row is a good 50-80' from the field for a good portion of the stadium (between the 30s).

And had one 11 a.m. game in 2019 and zero in 2018. i.e. 4 in the last three seasons. That's how math works...

I've always admired that Alabama has multiple video boards (one for each corner) rather than one central one

Yeah that's my favorite thing about Bryant-Denny.

the best thing about Neyland is the setting outside of the stadium. The Tennessee River and the surrounding bars/restaurants. The stadium itself leaves little to be desired.

Neyland should be on any football fans’ bucket list although it’s becoming exceedingly rare that over 90,000 make their way through the turnstiles on Saturdays in the Fall.

Ouch.

If you think so.

Not really sure what this has to do with you being wrong about your 11 a.m. statement, but color me shocked that you came to an "SEC Stadiums ranked" topic only to talk about Texas

And with a crowd that sucks so much, surely a&m has a long winning tradition in said stadium, right? Like - there's no way their record there is really bad, right? Right???

Apparently you think so:
Texas's atmosphere problem

I was just pointing out that having better start times usually helps the environment.

I just posted about Bama like 2-3 posts up.

I would agree it's not the best stadium, but that article could at least show a recent picture.

Eh. It just goes to show the level of effort in the piece. (Not much).

Lol "being offended" and laughing at someone who has had their own stats thrown back in their own face are two entirely different things

Worst stadium ranking list I've ever seen and that's saying something.

2020, OU had 5 of their games at 11:00
2019, OU had 6, including 5 back-to-back games at 11:00
2018, OU had 5, home games at 11:00

Heck, I was afraid to look at 4 years back

Yea, texas was one of the 11:00 each year

Total in 3 season is 16 out of 39 games were at 11:00.

The kick on the face was the 50 year celebration of the OU/NE game and the B12 commissioner got snarky, when they complained "You signed a contract", where the OU AD responded, that all the teams did. Little did the smartass know that OU was already packing their bags.

Several reasons for doing so, but I don't think you can underestimate that OU is the only team that can carry 11:00 a.m. games off week by week in the old B12-2.
