Gurly is averaging 5.56 ypc and has 139 yds with 2 TD's in the first half of games this year. He has 108 yards and 2 TD's in the 4th quarter. Yeldon and Lacy have a combined 19 carries in the second half of games this year.

He's a beast, but some of you need to stop acting like he isn't racking up stats late in the second half in blowout victories against horrible teams. Yeldon,Lacy,Hilliard,Gillislee,Perkins,Stacy, Lattimore,Lawrence,Davis,Blue,Sanders,Neal,ect.. all have more first half yards than Gurly. 341 of his 406 yards are against Buffalo,FAU and Vandy. When up by 15+ points he ranks 5th nationally with half of his yards/TD's coming when UGA is leading comfortably.

Yea never mind that Bama as a team has a 165 rushing attempts for 816 yards and UGA has 163 attempts for 970 yards as a team. LSU has 181 attempts for 990 yards USCe has 659 yards and Lattimore is obviously been changed from his injury. However if you want to go through quarter by quarter breakdowns we can. We can also compare the teams. It's not like USCe didnt play the same Mizzou and Vandy UGA did or that Bama didn't play the same FAU. Bama does spread the their runs between 4 guys where UGA only uses 3. However while we are talking about spreading the ball around UGA also has 3 wrs in the top 10 in the SEC.

Predict major meltdown coming once real league play starts. I'll be happy with 3000/5

vs FAU
Lacy - 15 carries 106 yards
Yeldon - 10 carries 63 yards
Gurley - 10 carries 111 yards
Marshall - 10 carries 104 yards

vs Vandy
Gurley - 16 carries 130 yards
Marshall - 10 carries 82 yards
Lattimore - 23 carries 110 yards

We could talk about all the weak teams everyone else has played as well. Like Western Kentucky, FAU, Arkansas, Vandy, Eastern Carolina, North Texas, Idaho and UAB

Bahaha I can't believe you actually just posted this. You are truly one of the worst posters on this board and you use (....) too much. There are other forms of punctuation you know?

Now that I know it irritates your azz...I will be sure to use it more often...........

Boom!

Did I do it right?

Kid is a true freshman, not an established back with nationwide hype. Give credit where it's due you bunch of whiners.

The kid is putting up numbers better than many Heisman hopefuls. This much is true and if you watched the games you would see that he has been dominant throughout the game, not just in the 2nd half.

Be a man and admit that the kid is dominant for a true freshman. It won't fricking kill you.

Almost as good as Kenyan Drake's 9.7 YPC
I guess he did that only a few times or he would have been on that list.

Lattimore isnt the same as he was pre injury. Hope he gets it back 100%...but his 85% is better than most rbs 100%. Gillislee sends note to Gurley: "man where can I get me some of that Buffalo & FAU shite man?" Wait til the dawgs play USC & UF...of course you have watered down schedule...you should be embarassed as hell....when you play Ga Tech's defense they will grab their ankles and allow 450 yds rushing. On the SEC side you have Ole Miss and UK....boy....tough huh? Hope next year you have to play LSU & Bama & A&M you rat bastids
UF is on that so-called watered down schedule of UGA's, so UF stinks??? Oh, and it does not matter what UGA's schedule looks like as long as they keep beating the Gators. Yea, UGA will make it two in a row on ya.

You'll never get a chance to find out in the SECC this season.

On this note it has been over 3 years since UGA had a good RB. Excuse the frick out of me for being excited when one of ours is leading the SEC going into Week 5.

Get over yourself and give credit and quit being a whiny bitch. Show me another SEC back who has been more dominant.

Like I said, watch the games because it's blatently obvious you pull up your cfbstats and figure you know when you don't know a goddamn thing from Adam.

No one is calling Heisman for Gurley, but UGA fans thinking he has a shot at SEC freshman of the year are WELL within reason.

I've been impressed with Gurley. I thought Marshall was the more hyped of the two, but Gurley is bringing it week in and week out.

I'm also glad there's only been one Arkytard in this thread. We don't belong in here.

Lattimore-- 24 carries, 109 yards, 4.5 per, 1 TD (2 receptions for 24 yards)

Gurshall-- 25 carries, 76 yards, 3.04 per, 0 TD (1 catch for 2 yards)

You guys did manage to bring his career average down to 155 yards per game against you... but I still saw some of the cape flapping last night.

That loud thud I heared getting into my truck last night leaving the Swamp must have been the dawg faithful all jumping off ledges? Please dont fire Helen and maybe you want to extend his contract? Get your anus ready in a few weeks to get ripped apart.
