Lattimore isnt the same as he was pre injury. Hope he gets it back 100%...but his 85% is better than most rbs 100%.

Gillislee sends note to Gurley: "man where can I get me some of that Buffalo & FAU shite man?"

Wait til the dawgs play USC & UF...of course you have watered down schedule...you should be embarassed as hell....when you play Ga Tech's defense they will grab their ankles and allow 450 yds rushing. On the SEC side you have Ole Miss and UK....boy....tough huh?

Hope next year you have to play LSU & Bama & A&M you rat bastids

Only 17.25 carries a game?? Why did we listen to the ranters who think we should run him 35+!? FYI his YPC are only .2 away from his 2010 average

Oh and true enough he doesn't seem to be running with as much power or as sharp as in seasons prior but rushing stats don't show all of Lattimore's value.

Not only do teams prepare to stop him 1st and focus on him, freeing up the passing game, but he also is probably the best receiving RB in the SEC.

Thus far he has 13 catches for 93 yards for 7.2 yards per catch. Great safety valve.

Here are the offensive stats between Lattimore and Gurley through their first 2 SEC opponents, who also happen to be the same opponents: Vanderbilt and Missouri:

RUSHING RECEIVING
SPLITS ATT YDS AVG LNG TD REC YDS AVG LNG TD
Gurley 26 195 7.5 44 3 2 8 4.0 13 0
Lattimore 44 195 4.4 29 4 10 81 8.1 24 0

What are you trying to compare there?

Rushing and reception yds?

We have recievers to catch the ball...our RBs don't have to

But what is his point?

I thought this thread was about rushing yards.

So Gurley rushed for just as many yards, a higher YPC, and one less TD on 18 less carries than Lattimore?

Alright, I guess Gurley has been better so far

Wow, I really need to go into detail on this?

I just posted the offensive stats between the two, that they accumulated during conference play ONLY, and not what they did against cupcakes.

And that's all I did. The point of it was to provide stats to compare to in a different, specific light, for anyone out there who might be interested in them....

OK?

No need to get your panties bunched. I was asking the point in bolding the Reception yds as it sounded like you were making some insult on Gurley with it.

Go get laid, it was just a question.
