Pre-season rankings are pre-season.

I'd have a top 5 of:

1) Tyler Wilson
2) Aaron Murray
3) Tyler Bray
4) Connor Shaw
5) AJ McCarron

I want to see James Franklin against SEC defenses before I stick him in the top 5, but he has talent. I wonder how well he will be able to use his running abilty against the SEC speed.

Shaw, McCarron, and Franklin can flip-flop thru the 4-6 spots, you can even say Mettenberger too for that matter. I think Franklin will do fine adjusting. Shaw and him are similar in ways. Franklin runs a little more I believe though.

You must be talking about ChargerDog91.

I can see who you meant, though. If you want to call me an idiot, go ahead and quote my name. It's not like being in banland helped teach you a lesson anyways.

Still trying to figure out how anything I said causes me to be an idiot. Just because he wants to grade on what they've done thus far doesn't mean that me grading them on that and their potential is stupid.

It's also a QB ranking, not a team ranking. It appears some aren't seeing the distinction.

TT9 just can't help himself when it comes to name-calling. Just ignore him.

What does everyone put the chances of James Franklin rushing for over 1,000 yards at? Definite dual-threat quarterback.

Does it matter if you are rating with potential? Or are you just trying to sound like an internet bad arse?

That's a good question. He hasn't faced front 7's of this quality on a consistent basis. I think it's going to be pretty interesting to see myself.

I'm not going to sit here and argue with you because you've shown, over and over again, that you are completely incapable of holding a decent conversation with anyone without starting with personal insults and name-calling.

Now, to get the thread back on track for Alahunter, I'm also interested in seeing what Vandy's quarterback can do this year. The Rodgers kid.

It'll be something to watch. He definitely has the ability, but I wonder if he could take the beating if he tried. It tends to get physical in the SEC, as you know.
