I agree about Finbaum. Making him the face of the netowrk is an insanely idiotic idea.

I'm not sure that the network cares what "face" they project, only that it is watched by the most viewers. Unfortunately, as Jerry Springer has proven, folks enjoy being confronted, infuriated, challenged and repulsed...all at a comfortable distance.

You don't even have to show us where he hurt you...we already know.

Re the comment that Finebaum's tv show will/has been cancelled: is there any truth to that at all? I thought his Jerry Springer type ratings were too high for that to happen. I do know that here in B.R. his radio show's contract with the local sports talk station has been cancelled & there was a press release confirming same.

I love the increased baseball coverage, hell, even the other minor sports coverage is great. But put some old classic football games on there. I'd love to watch classic Kentucky games.

My cable company STILL hasn't picked it up, even though for the last year on the SECN website it says that my cable company has reached an agreement to carry the SECN.

That's what I get for living in the northeast.

I love the SECN. 24/7 programming about the conference can't be just about football and basketball. Baseball and the minor sports have been covered well in the first year and it'll only get better.

Finebaum's show would be better if it was just two hours long, I think. He knows his stuff but 4 hours is just too much of anybody. Maybe as the network matures we'll see more variety in that 3-7 pm time slot.
