I've been saying this for awhile now. We've not seen the best from Ohio State, because their best is in the future.

I have nothing but the highest respect for tOSU's program. Their stadium is a taj mahal, and their band and fans are the only ones comparable to ours.

I'd rate our tailgating >>> Buckeye fans's tailgating, but there are a lot more Buckeye fans than there are Tiger fans. Ohio is a much bigger state after all, and they're really the only big-time program in it, just like LSU is in our state.

Their band is pretty good, too. I'm admittedly biased in favor of TGBFTL, but TBDBITL is prbably the only band that could give LSU's band a run for their money. Script Ohio is something unique in CFB.

Until your lineman run 4.7s and 4.8s, forget it.

When are you guys going to learn, all the games you lose to the SEC are in the trenches. If your lineman can't protect him, he's toast.

dude stop right there, you sound like Auburn.
"I wish we could win it all but as long as we beat BAMA our year was a sucsess."

Never be satisfied with just beating your rival otherwise you will always be the red headed stepchild who has to eat at the kids table.

You do know that no one outside of Ohio wants to see you guys screw up another National Title Game. (not meaning to start shite, but that was pass interference against Miami as well).

If Alabama had lost to Auburn; you would have felt that your 11-3 season was a disappointment.

yeah, head to the 4th and rewatch the play where gamble was held(no call). had that call been made, ohio state runs out the clock and there's no need for overtime.

Our season is a dissappointment anytime we dont win it all. Thats what we play for. Keep up.

BAMA 11-3 w/t loss to Auburn = dissapointment.

Auburn 3 - 9 with win against BAMA = team of the century.

See Ohio St. this is exactly what you do not want to become.

Auburn: When your absolute very best is only good enough for second place.

You're fricking retarded.

I guess every single season outside of 3 have been disappointing seasons for LSU and Florida?

I agree. Beating Mich is extremely important, but you have to represent in the rest of your games (especially OOC).

Just to clarify, though, I highly doubt Auburn feels beating Bama is the only thing that matters.

Which is countered by Alabama fans bringing up "The Kick".

Seriously; whatever contrived point you are trying to prove here is a joke in itself.

FWIW, we also went into Texas(then ranked #2) and came out with 24-7 victory. And, beating Michigan wasn't just beating our rival, they were also ranked #2 at the time.

To the Buckeye fans: This is a little OT, but I wanted to ask if tOSU band gives out full scholarships like LSU's band does.

Golden Oaks Scholarship

SCHOLARSHIPS

As of January 2009, there was more than $557,700 in the TBDBITL scholarship endowment.

Approximately $27,850 in scholarship monies is awarded each year.

The alumni society awards one full in-state scholarship for autumn, winter, and spring quarters to the head drum major.

Qualifying members who have been in the band at least one year are awarded scholarships in amounts between $500 and $1,000 for autumn quarter.

$1,000 is awarded each year to the winner of the Richard Heine Arranging Competition.

The society hopes to bring the endowment fund to $10.5 million to pay for autumn quarter tuition for the entire band.
