How so? You have your terminals, you have trains to said terminals, you take a train to your terminal, you get on your plane.

Not to mention the whole thing has been renovated in the last few years and is spotless and new.

I've never had problems in Atlanta outside of problems with actual airlines.

The massive sheep herding security for like half the terminals is bush league as frick. Separate it out like a normal airport. I don't want to take my shoes off near JetBlue customers

None of those are too terrible. I hated the weekend that it was played on more than the locale when LSU last went in 2011. It was the saturday before finals and I had a 7:30AM organic chemistry final on monday. I had to stay in BR while all my friends went

We have 4 or 5 airports we just only let the rich people fly into the non-Hartsfield ones.

Yeah most places have private airports. Stop trying to pretend Altanta is rich, the city is a massive ghetto filled with feckless thugs.

The first things I think when people say Atlanta are empty stadiums and that lady rapping about the MARTA and knifing somebody in that YouTube video

And with that, Atlanta is more easily accessible by car by a larger portion of the conference than New Orleans or Dallas (the only other stadiums they would even consider).

True, but i feel like the SEC championship should be something that moves around. I feel like a new city ads to the excitement. People are willing to travel.

Should be in Birmingham. What kind of question is this?

Atlanta as location is fine but the Dome is nothing special. I could go for NO as an option.

Maybe if Nashville would quit being poors and build some new stadiums. I mean it isn't hard, we are building 2 right now in Atlanta. Well, 1 in Atlanta and 1 in the walled off suburbia of Cobb.

It was a joke DA.

3 of the private airports have been trying to become secondary airports for years (Paulding, PDK and Lawrenceville) but the people around them understandably want nothing to do with it.

Yea, I love a good hate on Atlanta thread, but I would always choose to fly through ATL, instead of DFW. And Love Field. Lol. Their a single airline.
Now, I am upset that thanks to frickind Delta, I can't fly through Memphis anymore. BBQ and all.

The ATL airport is miserable not to mention there's only one airport in Atlanta which is ridiculous

ATL is considered one of the best airports in the US and it is home to the best airline in the US. It has better route options than just about any airport and the prices flying in/out are competitive. What's not to like?

And why would you need more than one airport? ATL is easy and efficient and it's like 10 miles from the Dome.

Red birds stadium in memphis would be great as a rotation spot for baseball.

And an easy MARTA ride with no train changes.

We would lose Atlanta to the ACC, most likely, if we rotated.

Memphis, Pensacola, Mississippi Braves, Birmingham (Regions Field), Gwinnett Braves, Nashville when they build their new stadium, Metairie. All would be great spots.
