Let's be honest, consideration should go by order of endowment.

What's funny? If it is too far for you to drive, just fly. Atlanta is easily the most accessible city in the SEC footprint by plane. Hell you are likely going to be flying through Atlanta to get just about anywhere else in the SEC anyway.

The ATL airport is miserable not to mention there's only one airport in Atlanta which is ridiculous

We even let the poors airline, Southwest, start flying into our Airport so the Aggies could fly in from Dallas or Houston for the Peach Bowl.

I think they should alternate between ATL and NO. When the West team is the home team, it should be in NO. When the East team is the home team, it should be in ATL. I'm kind of tired of every damn SEC thing being either in Atlanta or Birmingham.

Holy frick

I actually like the SECCG in ATL. However I would not be opposed to it rotating with NOLA depending on which city is the host of the semi-final that year.

Baseball needs to rotate between Memphis, NOLA, Pensacola and birmingham. Get it out of the high school football stadium in Hoover.

True. Just come to Dallas, you lazy asses. Better airport. Multiple airports. Less ghetto.

True, but if you are in an SECCG chances are you will want to go to the playoff games you hope to attend too. A lot easier if 1/3 or 2/3 is within driving distance and you aren't buying plane tickets 3 times.

And with that, Atlanta is more easily accessible by car by a larger portion of the conference than New Orleans or Dallas (the only other stadiums they would even consider).

It's the busiest airport in the world. I think we're fine with one

Except your stadium isn't in Dallas. It's in a parking lot in Arlington.

New Orleans?

Was this a serious suggestion?

Every city worth a shite has multiple airports, ideally a smaller one close to downtown and a larger one out in the suburbs like both Houston and Dallas

Agree. Way too many nice minor league stadiums in the Southeast to play it at Hoover.

Heck Birmingham has a great minor league stadium.

How so? You have your terminals, you have trains to said terminals, you take a train to your terminal, you get on your plane.

Try again, I think it should stay in Atlanta. We already have the Sugar Bowl.
Now, I would be in favor of moving the baseball tournament, to either Metairie, or Memphis. Or rotate.

We have 4 or 5 airports we just only let the rich people fly into the non-Hartsfield ones.

DFW is a dump.

Love is convenient, but still a dump with limited flights.
