This argument is just stupid. Neither side has any right to shite talk about academics. UA and AU are both great schools now but its wasn't long ago that both were below average. UA is improving so much every year and it is really shocking how much different this place is compared to just 10 years ago. I don't know much about Auburn but I assume they are progressing as well.
I agree with this.

The clown school at -5 is probably accurate though.

auburn fans never cease to amaze me. How one of them can talk with a straight face about Bama passing all their players is hilarious.

Your players take sociology courses by EMAIL, for God's sake.

My wife graduated Auburn and was making $75k a year 3 years later. We had a kid and she decided corporate life wasn't for her. 3 years later, she's now a school teacher making $30k less a year and we're $60k in debt for her to be happy. None of us went to Harvard, so STFU already.

I'm not fighting that fight. I find the whole argument about better SEC schools to be lauhable. I know just as many AU, UA and UGA successful people as I do grads that live paycheck to paycheck. One of my best friend's dropped out of high school, got his GED and makes twice what I do. That argument is bullshite, as it's how hard you're willing to work and who you know more than your piece of paper hanging on the wall.

Agreed. To think half these players can count to 10, let alone pass Calculus is laughable.

I love reading SecRant when Bama is dominating. So much jealousy and hate. It's beautiful.

Bama's "academic support" for its players is second to none. They pass whether they attend class or not. Many even appear not to even know what degree the university is going to award them.

This is gold coming from an Auburn fan. Pot, meet kettle.

It's already been well reported that there are many errors on that list that are having to be corrected. There have been multiple reports, interviews, quotes and explanations as to why there were reporting errors.

South Carolina was one of those affected - they had a much higher score than is reported in the OP's link.

Who gives a shite? You don't win the national title by having a high GPA. And everyone who's not a moron knows the whole "student-athlete" thing is just some garbage cooked up by the NCAA to screw the players out of the profit they generate.
