I just saw your inane ramblings of supposed superiority in post after post last night. After writing, you probably wrapped up in your houndstooth blankie and stared at the picture of Bear leaning up against the goal post that you tacked to your ceiling.

As for who LSU fans can talk football with, we will talk with who we want to, which is almost never an Alabama "fan," especially considering that very few of them understand even the smallest amount about the game itself. They just know how to yell ROLL TIDE!!!! over and over again until everyone else just wants to get away from them. And, there is always the smell.

Look, I get it. Your entire existence is wrapped up in what happens with a bunch of 18-22 year olds that you don't know and who do not know you exist. You'll sit in front of your TV tonight all ready to feel superior again as you get ready to ride your expected wave of transcendence. For your sake, I hope that everything works out for you. It sounds like you might need to have a phone handy with some kind of hotline dialed in if LSU actually wins the game.

I have lived in Louisiana and I have lived in Alabama. The fake superiority that you exhibit is exactly what flows out of the insecurity of the Bama fans here. They have their football and that's about it. I get along with Auburn fans a lot better just because they are mostly real people who can keep thinks in perspective.

You, on the other hand, seem like a completely miserable human being. Go enjoy your game. You really seem to need it.

By the way: LSU 20 Bama 17

Modern Era these are incredibly intense rivalries because of the stakes. The West Title goes through Tuscalousa, Auburn, and Baton Rouge every year. Since Miles and Saban have been at Bama and LSU this has become the best rivalry in the SEC because it's the "Talent Bowl" from a National perspective. Half these kids will be playing in the league on Sunday's.

For Bama, this is a rivalry game if they want to admit it or not. Anytime you have 2 teams playing each other with National implications year in and out its a rivalry. LSU has been the biggest game for Saban in the West consistently.

Ala-LSU is the best rivalry lately if you use competitiveness of the games and relevance nationally. Anyone can suggest another more so than this one.
Of course, they won't be able to document it with the arguable exception the last five years of Oregon and Stanford.

Well said. I laugh at the Bama & Tennessee fans who treat that game like it's still a competitive rivalry.
