That's absurd, how many playoff wins do they have between them?

The same number as Matt Stafford.

Its the going rate for QBs. Look at Cap, Tanne, Dalton, & Flaco. What he's getting is right in line where he rates vs those guys.

Flaco has won a title, but I agree Dalton is way overpaid.

Can you blame them? Carolina is almost .500 since drafting Newton.

Cam made the pro bowl twice in 4 year. When is the last time Alabama had a quarterback make it even once? The 1970's or the 1980's probably

Lot of money to pay a gimped up and hobbled QB/RB that will be hurt more than he is not. Dude will have to retire before his contracts up from injury.

The contract is more of an indicator that there is a lack of decent QB's than anything else. If you can get anyone that's decent you have to hold onto them.

So Flaco is better and he's getting more. (120+)

There are probably about 15 or so teams that would love to have Andy Dalton.

What are all the injuries he's suffered from playing football?

Any Ole Miss fans that think we didn't paid Treadwell and Tunsil are either lying to themselves or completely oblivious. I have Georgia friends that think we paid Tunsil but they didn't offer anything, which is also dumb.

Well, he was pretty good for a couple of years but it's all over now.

Their defense is outstanding, very likely the best front seven in the NFL, maybe the Texans have a better one. But look at what Cam was working with on offense, it's awful. He's done a lot with less.

Correct. He's also been burdened with a subpar offensive coordinator the past couple of years.

remove Mike Shula and that's easily 3 more wins per season

FIFY. Shula is easily the most advanced offensive mind Cam has ever been around.

He's making more than Eli Manning who has a better resume. Regardless, this is a reflection of the QB market. If you have a good serviceable QB you better pay him like he is a superstar or someone will. Newton is statistically in the bottom 25% of NFL QBs but if the Panthers didn't pay him this much the Cardinals or the Bills or the Jets would.
