Some of the RPI rankings. I think that's pretty obvious if you use your brain for a second before hammerin' away at your keyboard.

It not a bunch of voters. It is a formula based on your win%, your opp win%, and your opp opp winning %. Plus a few add ins here and there. Just because LSU sucked early and is playing better now doesn't mean they can just throw it out because it makes them below other teams that probably aren't as good now.

LSU below Bama and Georgia show that the RPI has its flaws.
It's not a flaw of the RPI that LSU took the non-conference schedule off. That's on LSU.

RPI certainly has flaws when it comes to predicting future games. It cant account for the fact that Bama lost one of their best players AFTER they had beaten some high RPI teams.

I don't think the the rpi takes in account missing players. The ooc lsu was missing 2 of their starters and a few games without a current starter

I'm fully aware how the RPI is calculated and it is by no means a perfect system, even if it takes away the human factor.

i cannot explain the level of hate i have gotten on the tiger rant for trying to explain this. i have been called every name in the book and now the jonestown cult is trying to get me banned because i "trash" the team with this information. all i was responding to was the "be patient, relax, dec means nothing" talk.

What a crazy favorable conference schedule.

And they play all of the hard teams in conference at home, except for one.
