He will be back at Bama next season. Stop acting like he is gone.

Good deal. I know for a fact that Ro recently said that:

A. He knows he needs to benefit from another year in college ball.

B. He has a huge desire to play along side Hightower.

C. Playing pro-ball does not appeal to him as much as some might think.

no kidding... what does a top-flight LB at alabama pull down these days (excluding the obvious fishing trips and laptops, of course)?

No one is saying anything bad about Ro (lowspark is being facetious about the compensation and is taking a shot at Bama, not Ro).

The dude would be a FOOL to come back. Hightower's injury alone should make him realize that. Not to mention Bradford at OU.

I appreciate the skill and hard work the kid has / put in. I'm not wishing him OUT of the SEC as much as wishing him success and fortune in the NFL

This.

The kid is a guaranteed top 10 pick in the draft. No way in the world I would pass up that kind of money because I enjoy the college scene.

To have him forego the NFL another year would be a Double blessing for us. He's our defensive leader out there. We ought to start a;

"Ro Don't Go" campaign...

What does he have to gain? IMO he has more to lose by sticking around 1 more year...

Signed,
Sam Bradford

From an Alabama standpoint, I would love it for him to stay but I think it's a mistake. One that later in life he might regret.

His parents should tell him to go, Coach Saban should tell him to go, his friends, etc., etc. Its just not in his best interest to come back next year. You can always come back and finish that last year if you just want a degree.

You guys do not know Ro. When he makes a small presser after the bowl game saying he will be back you guys will have a complete meltdown.

Meanwhile, I will bump this thread and say "I told you so"...thus establishing myself as the inside guy for Bama sports.

Bitches don't know about my connections.
