TX has shitty rap rap. frickin Paul Wall and Mike Jones and that entire click are terrible

Outside of SEC It's NY and CA then GA IMO

Probably nobody. I'm certainly not basing my list off of album sales. Lil Wayne had a stretch there where he made awesome music for sure.

Weezy deserves a certain amount of respect, but he's also perpetrated some serious musical crimes against humanity. Don't act like he's on the rap Mt. Rushmore or anything.

There are some awesome Atlanta rappers. There were also some super shitty ones that were popular/famous back in like 05-10 when Atlanta rap was blowing up.

The sheer quantity of what the state has produced outweighs any opinion you have of the quality. Ludacris, Killer Mike, Outkast, Future, B.o.B, Gucci mane, 2 Chainz, Wakka Flocka, Young Thug, Pastor Troy, and the list just doesn't stop
