1. Alabama 827-321-43, 23 SEC Titles (5 shared), 10 National Titles (AP, UPI, BCS only...not getting into who claims what people's champ titles)
2. LSU 743-393-47, 11 SEC Titles (1 shared), 3 National Titles
3. Auburn 714-414-47, 7 SEC Titles (2 shared), 2 National Titles
4. Texas A&M 692-452-48, 17 SWC Titles (2 shared), 1 Big 12 Title, 1 National Title
5. Arkansas 683-462-39, 13 SWC Titles (6 shared)
6. Ole Miss 628-492-35, 6 SEC Titles
7. Miss State 514-549-39, 1 SEC Title
I pulled the numbers from jhowell.net, so sorry if it's off a touch here or there.

Well, lets look at it this way then:
SEC West "championships"
Alabama: 8 (92,93,94,96,99,08,09,12)
Auburn: 4 (97,00,04,10)
Arkansas: 4 (95,98,02,06)
LSU: 5 (01,03,05,07,11)
Ole Miss: 1 (03)
Ms. State: 1 (98)
Texas A&M: 0
So in this instance, you count everyone's co-west "championships" except LSU.
SEC West Champions.

He's counting pre-SEC conference championships too.
All conference championships aside from SEC ones are 14.

I'd put Auburn over LSU. Much longer run of sustained excellence in the modern era (>1980)

Not sure... give me a little bit. I don't really do it on command... typically they just come to me.
