not giving them one...just saying they are odds on favorite to win it in vegas...so they are definitely in the mix.
Dude. Christian Bale is not confused by your prediction of a football title. He is confused at how on earth that would put LSU over Florida.

Not really...all of my top 8 teams have had a national championship in the top 3 sports. The only ones on the borderline are KY and SC....and each of those teams have won recent national championships. KY is a tough one, but nationally, you have to put them ahead of arkansas. Even though the arky football team is "currently" ahead of the KY program, neither have won even a SEC Championship. But, their basketball puts them ahead of arky, imo.

Why'd you leave everyone hanging on the recruiting thread?

Good question...now to answer it, LSU would have (likely but not for sure) won their 5th SEC football title in the last 12 years, with 3 national titles thrown in there. That is at least a push with florida in the football program. Then it comes down to 6 baseball titles won to 2 basketball titles won by florida. I think you give the edge to LSU there. JMO

So you're making arguments based off of opinion. Makes since I guess.

"Currently"? Like they ever weren't historically either? lol
Football and baseball goes to arkansas, basketball goes to kentucky. Don't see why thats hard.

No I'm making arguments based upon national championships won by the schools in the 3 major sports. Kentucky is a top 3 name in basketball, at a minimum. Name one of the sports where arky is even a top 10 program. This is all based upon national success.

except that this is a ranking nationally of the big 3 sports in the SEC...i.e., winning national titles, or playing in major bowls, etc. Please tell me again what arkansas has accomplished nationally in football and baseball? What banners do they have flying? Overall, KY has more name recognition and NC's than arky. Advantage KY.

So you're saying Kentucky is the greatest sports program in the SEC?
Posted on 6/25/12 at 1:22 pm to VC
ok but who are you to say Basketball success > football or baseball success.
I can't, but what I can do is tell you that Arky is pretty damn good in all 3 sports year in and year out. a fricking top 10 program can't be built overnight. I would much rather have steady and reliable 3 sport programs than have a damn good basketball program, but shitty baseball and football program.

Someone needs to go through VC's post history and see how many post mention Arkansas. I'm betting at least 150.

Ask any random sports fan to name one starter on any of those LSU baseball titles and you would probably draw a blank stare. They could probably name at least 2 of the Florida starters as well as the HC. 2 basketball titles is waaaayyyyy more important than 6 baseball titles.

for basketball.
Based off champs alone?
UCLA
Kentucky
NC
Duke
UConn
Florida
Arkansas
Kansas
There are 8 of the big names of basketball. I can throw in 2-3 more if you like but I'm kinda torn between AZ, Maryland, or Syracuse.

I missed the one where he said whether his girlfriend was double penetrated by a couple Arkansas players or was it just a wagon wheel gang bang. I'm betting he stood there in the corner jerking off and crying all at the same time.

I agree completely.
It's really just not fair to lump baseball in with basketball and football.
