A&M will be top tier, we have a mighty fine program going on.

We'll see how you do in the SEC.

The Big 12 to SEC gap in baseball is Grand Canyon esque.

Only thing notable concerning LSU baseball in the last 3 years is losing to Stony Brook. LSU is also winless at Fayetteville in the last 3 years!

As wide as the gap in football?

If so, our baseball destiny is just a hop and skip away.

Arky fans talk a lot more about baseball than OM fans do, so I just assumed they've had more success

We have. Not LSU, Florida or USCe success in the past 20 years but definitely right behind those three.

Wahl and Mayers will be the best starting combo in the conference this year. Mathis will lead the conference in BA. No doubt in my mind we host a regional this year.

This timeframe also includes the worst decade of MSU baseball since the 50s - which still had one trip to Omaha in it.

We're finally back to where we expect to always be as a program this year. Should be preseason top 6-8...

Ole Miss hasn't really had any success in baseball.

They haven't made the CWS since the early 70's.

They somewhat consistently make the NCAAT, then do nothing, about it.

Cannot wait for this season as Mstate said we are going to be very good and will not have a weak spot.

Reigning SEC Champs bitch. Oh and 3 years ago we accomplished more in our history then your pathetic school has ever accomplished in the sport so there's really nothing you can say no matter who we lost to last year. Oh and we did it 5 other times as well. And before you say that is in the past so is what happened last year.

Same here.

Should be better than last years final four team, headed by the best pitcher in college and the best bullpen in college.

Gonna be another great year.

You are probably the third best team in MS this year.

Only at OM can you lose over half of your total offensive production from a road 3-seed that barely made the tournament to an "expected regional host."

Yea ill take the guy with a .367 BA .480 OBP and hit .571 in the regional last year.

Bousfield should hit well over .300 as well.
