What school is this, Tennessee? I've never heard of this "pride of the southland band" thing.

Sorry I don't keep track of obscure band programs and their nicknames. You sound like an Arkansas fan who expects me to know about their baseball program.

I'll humor the spirit of the post a little.
The two worst bands in the SEC are Mississippi State and Tennessee. Good to see Tennessee take care of their problem. MSU needs to fire its director.
The last 10 years of MSU's Band:
"We need new uniforms to perform better."
Okay you still suck.
"We need a new state of the art building."
Okay, you still suck.
"We need new uniforms again."
Okay you still suck.
"We need new uniforms again"
Okay you still suck.
The director, like Tennessee's Sousa, is stuck in the 1970s.

It doesn't take you following or having prior knowledge to figure out we were talkinga about Tennessee. Like I said, get a clue or read a few responses ITT to draw your own conclusions.

Don't worry. They've only attended more Presidential Inaugurations than any marching band that was not military in all of American history.
