I still love to visit from time to time bc it's a fun place to party and there are some good restaurants. But it would be a horrible place to live. People aren't even meant to live there.
You are an ignorant Texas idiot who wouldn't know culture outside of a taco shell. And your school is a cult. Please don't come to New Orleans ever again.

What he did fits the description of sexual battery according to Louisiana law to a T. Do you not agree with that?

Makes a good point. People are more outraged by this, because it has to do with football, than actual murders going on in their communities. They'd rather see this guy put to death than a for real killer. Because they might cheer for a team that is rival of his. Sad, but true.

You say "they", when it is people in general. You would have the same type of people in bama that would want this guy to do 25 years. It is similar to how people are numb to people being killed, but you abuse and puppy and they want you hung.

Which is why his attorney is issuing press releases to sweeten the pot on a plea deal..

I agree, but I think he's going about it the wrong way by saying that it's not a big deal because the victim was intoxicated and wouldn't have even known about the crime had the video not surfaced. That's a pretty bold statement to make.

I think his lawyers have kinda limited options. I mean the guy was identified and the head humping was caught on camera.

I think perhaps the way for them to go is to set about proving head humping gumping is a cultural phenomenon and therefore normal laws of society should not apply

I don't like the idea of a police department ignoring a crime when they have the case fall into their lap like that.

I think we can find a better use for our tax dollars, don't you?

He is saying what will swing the court of public opinion...that is to say, he is doing his job.

I'm not up to date on my LA law. Do you agree he's deserving of years in jail and a sexual predator tag?

Alright, that's fricked up, but I think the banana probably had more to do with it than the baggage.

No, but the law does. That's just the way it is. Perhaps this case will change that law in the future.

Here's the law by the way. LINK
