You seem versed in law. Did you hear of the teabagger going on the news last night in Alabama? I saw it in another thread earlier. He basically repeated the part about crime in NOLA. Doesn't seem like a good idea for this guy to be saying anything, correct?

Well, I didn't see what he said. If there hadn't been video evidence, I'd say yes, but at this point, everyone knows it was him and saw what he did, so I think that's why it's not a big deal.
If he was describing his bare balls on the passed out guy's neck, or anything about the crime specifically, it's probably pretty stupid.
