Sumlin always has a good offense.

Losing Manziel isn't going to be that big of a deal. His offense was top notch at Houston with minimal talent. He deserves a little bit more credit IMO.

And you say usc fans are drinking the koolaid??? Isn't that the same guy that went 9-23 against us.

M. Mauk 10/25 249 10.0 1 1

Wasn't his best game, but it was good enough to win if our defense could figure out what a screen pass was.

You see that's very funny cause those are very comparable numbers to what Thompson had

15/27 222 8.8 0 1

I guess mizzou is in a world of trouble at the qb position

Ya except through 3 quarters Mauk was winning and didn't get benched for another guy who is no longer on the team. You see the difference?

OP nice post. A&M defense will absolutely be better than last year. Should have a decent pass rush from the front four.

New A&M DB Coach also looks to be a big upgrade.

You do realize Thompson drove into mizzous redzone several times and the offense turned the ball over right??? Mike davis fumbled inside the 20 twice. Mauk got 96 of his 249 on one play he was hardly lighting us up. Your running game kept you going against us. Shaw was the starter so it's not like he got benched for some 3rd stringer but however you want to spin it.

Underrated:
1. Miss state - they return most talent along with a qb that fits Mullen perfectly
2. Arkansas - everyone is circling them on their schedule is an east W. Biggest jump with new coach is always from year 1 to year 2

Overrated:
1. Ole miss - we know who Bo Wallace is. QBs don't make drastic improvements after their 2nd year. I think he loses them some games
2. A&m - defense goes from bad to really bad.

It seems every other post is Arkansas underrated. Feels good man.

I refuse to get over excited like I have the past two seasons. I can't go through that again.

Oh God is this what life as a Buffalo Bills fan is like?

USC is the most overrated team in the SEC. Lost Connor Shaw, Ellington, 3/4 of their DLine, both CB's, and somehow they're "better" this year and will win the east, when they didn't last year? Not buying it.

lulz at having an opinion USC fans disagree with cause they're looking through rose colored glasses

So we can't be confident in our team, but other teams can. Got it.

That's a pretty big question mark though, isn't it?.

We won the SEC with Jarrett Jefferson.

And beat y'all with JJ, too.
