According to your players, Stansbury was the defensive MVP.

Link?

You know what, nvm on the link. Doesn't really matter at this point. I thought conventional wisdom was that Deshazor was our best defensive player, while Stansbury was our best hope on the D-line.

But like I said, doesn't really matter. Production is gonna have to come from somewhere on that side of the ball, but no one can say for sure where yet.

Stansbury was actually named DMVP for some reason. But that is a testament more to how poorly we played overall. With Obioha moving back to SDE, and Jay Arnold being available there, along w/ Myles Garrett and Daeshon Hall at 260 now (instead of the 225 he played at last year), our DEs are going to be much improved.

I think our defense is going to be significantly better than what most of the Rant is projecting.

2. LSU-ONE question and that's it. QB. Don't talk WR because LSU is more than fine there. Miles has won a lot of football games with marginal talent at QB (anyone remember Jordan freaking Jefferson?). They are far too talented not to win a lot of football games.

How are their WRs "more than fine" based on what we know? I think the jury is still out on that group.

Don't expect much from Myles Garrett, huh? Did you watch him in the Under Armor All-Star game?

It should. Most ranters have a very low impression of aggie D after last season. That was maybe the worst defense we've ever seen in the SEC

I stand corrected.

My apologies to Stonehog.

I think so, too. But then again the Rant usually underrates us

Not that they have a reason not to, based on last year

If ignorance is bliss, you are the happiest motherfricker on this board.

PS, I am shocked, SHOCKED, to see Stonehog in here badmouthing the Ags!

No, I didn't.

He's a true freshman correct?

I packed my trolling trousers away in the shed a while back, I may dust them off at some point this season but I'm not badmouthing the Ags right now. Just telling it like it is.

Yes, just like Claiborne was last year.

Except Garrett was the #1 defensive recruit in the country. 247 had him as their #1 player overall. He's a monster, and will be an impact player from Day 1.

Those trousers best make an appearance prior to #Ags&Bacon2014

By the way, good lists.

I think Mizzou has another good year, perhaps not win the East good, but good, and maybe people will start to see that Pinkel can coach.

Nope, it's over. SECr has spoken and we will go winless this season, giving up 77 points a game while our anemic offense will hardly manage to score at all. It's a season full of 2003 OU games, all the time.

Giving away my tickets to anyone. I'll pay you to take them off my hands, please.

I have a lot of bookmarks, I'm just hoping I finally get to bump one. Deleting bookmarks after a loss is the saddest thing a person can do on the Rant. Trust me I've done it. A lot.

I can honestly say I have only used the bookmark function once. AND it wasn't even for the main Rant.

Glad I haven't had to go through the painful post-loss deletion process yet
