We clearly didnt get any extra credit for losing to Bama in either season.

Texas and uf both got too much credit for the bowl games.

If Georgia would’ve taken care of their business and beaten Texas like they should have, would they have gotten too much credit for their bowl win?

Because I guarantee you Kirby and all the players would’ve sat at that podium and pounded their chests saying that game was proof they should’ve been in the playoff.

Florida, a once powerful program trying to rebuild, is playing FSU and Miami in non conference. Alabama, in the midst of a dynasty, is playing Duke. How embarrassing is that?

No. Apparently you only get too much credit when you beat a disappointed and depleted team in a bowl game. This explains the flawed post bowl rankings.

I’ll say it again.

If Georgia beats Texas, I guarantee you Kirby and all of UGA’s players would’ve sat at that podium and pounded their chests saying that game was proof they should’ve been in the playoff.

He still thinks UG should've been in the CFP even after the Sugar Bowl loss.

Might want to focus on the program that’s kicking your arse in this century. Leather helmets are a thing of the past. The forward pass has gained popularity lately.

WOW. Now this is ironic.
By the way, y'all are 7-12 against us this century. Your words and all.
We also lead since black people were allowed to play.

Isn’t it Georgia fans that have always told us “football was played before 1990”?

If we don't play in the SECC last year we end up with 2 losses and probably end up ranked ahead of UF.

BTW yoo weren't penalized at all for going 3-3 in the division.

UF had four wins the year before and the fifteenth highest blue Chip ratio for Mullens first year

UGA had the sixth best blue Chip ratio Kirby's first year

If you are trying to argue Mullen had more talent, you are an idiot. He just developed what he had better than Kirby. Because he is a better coach.

The nfl draft determines what is or isn’t nfl talent moreso than high school rankings.

This idoitic argument again? How many were seniors?
How many of those seniors were drafted?

Using you're idiotic blue Chip ratio logic,FSU shoulda been a top 5 team last year. What exactly was Missouri's blue Chip ratio last year? Betcha it wasn't
close to yours.How bout UK?

UF had four wins the year

This again? How many injured or suspended players did you get back from '17?How many active scholarship players did you have at the end of the year in '17 compared to 18?I've yet to hear this answer

quote:

He just developed what he had better than Kirby. Because he is a better coach.

Kirby was 2 fluke plays away from winning the exact amount games Mullen won his 1st year.

quote:

If you are trying to argue Mullen had more talent,

Certainly inherited a much better senior class,OL and QB situation.

I'll let the NFL judge the talent on each roster as opposed to a "blue chip" ratio backloadex with Freshman
and Sophomores.

It was Kirby's first year and Mullen's tenth. Kirby won more SEC titles in his first two years than Mullen has in his career.

BTW, here's the methodology for the "blue chip ratio" . LINK

quote:

All signees count

Which means players who leave, leave early, transfer, get injured and can't even qualify are counted.

Multiple blue chips from Kirby's 1st senior class left school and 1 had a career ending injury.Incuding 5 of our top 8 recruits

They come in at #32 and #42 respectfully and 12 and 13 in the SEC.
