Is that why they lost 3 games in the East including 2 blowouts?

top
10 ranking and Peach Bowl victory over a depleted and overrated Michigan,

It’s funny that Michigan was depleted and overrated after the game happened. They looked overmatched by a better team, start to finish, in my eyes. It’s better to win your bowl game than to not. It’s better to be on a 5 game winning streak than to be on a 2 game losing streak. I think that, plus the final rankings are what have Gator fans and other writers/fans taking notice of what’s happening in Gainesville. It’s not just delusional Gator fans. Most everybody has given Florida their due for what Mullen did this year and what he appears to be building in Gainesville. It makes sense for UGA to be nervous about it.

Are we not supposed to be happy about finishing in the top 10? Thats ironic, seeing as its literally all Georgia has had to thump their chests about for the last 39 years and counting.

Sure but stop with bullshite about having a "better year
than UGA" when you lost by 3 scores to us and you went 3-3 in the division.

You really think UGA fans are losing sleep over Mullen's offense because of what UT did in the Sugar Bowl.

So are you now saying top 10 finishes actually count for something? I thought the Gator narrative was "NC's
are the ONLY thing that counts! And if you don't win it
"you're nothing but CHOKERS and completely irrelevant"!

I mean that's all UGA hears from UF and Auburn fans continually.

Huh?Did the 4 players NOT announce they were sitting out before the game?

Did they not give up 62 points before playing UF?

Funny, coming from Gators who never want to give UGA or Kirby "their due" for anything they accomplish.

Not being a homer but LSU is by far the biggest threat on that list.

Does Miami even have a football team at this point?

Y’all got a huge break with your bowl opponent. Not only was it highly ranked, but it was disappointed about where they were, and had its best players sitting it out. Somehow the voters, and even gators, just choose to ignore that, amongst other things. It led to uf being overranked in 2018 and likely overhyped going into 2019.

Don’t attribute that to me. I’ve certainly given UGA their due for good recruiting. I think that Kirby is a meh on field coach and that he’s lost in big moments due to his underwhelming in game coaching.

You calling Florida fans out for thumping their chest over a top 10 finish, when that’s literally what Georgia has done every year since 1980, is ironic. That’s all my point was. And It is still about winning natty’s. We’re heading in that direction, just like y’all are. We’re on a collision course for the foreseeable future in the east, imo.

The difference is most of our fans actually remember seeing our team holding up that trophy and can point out that is our school’s standard because we’ve seen it happen.

He's been extra salty since UF and LSU officially had better seasons than UG.

Stop deflecting. I am talking about the cluelessness of the voters, and how the gators have fallen for it.

How many did Kirby lose his first year despite having more talent than Mullen? Thought so. I can feel the fear Georgia. You know your time has already passed.

Thought so what?Kirby inherited one of the WORST Senior classes in UGA history. Not ONE senior was drafted amd the only other player drafted was junior KR in the sixth round and he also had a true Freshman starting at QB with a horrible OL.Mullen inherited an expevinced QB along an expirenced OL with one of the best pair of OT's in the SEC.

Do you not see the difference?

Why do you guys continually come up with this bullshite narrative?

How many Gators are gonna get drafted in '19? Five?Six?

I don’t think 2016 proves much of anything.
