From his Twitter.

This sounds like a BS charge.

He was apparently in his own yard, shirtless.

This is the same kid who turned down 1 mil from the Red Sox, to play football at Ole Miss. Are we really that surprised he's still doing stupid shite?

Kind of like the fat arse y'all have on first base who is much better suited to play football.

That is bullshite. Unless they have cause to believe you are committing a crime then you don't have to identify yourself or tell them anything. Sounds like an abuse of this mans rights to me.

If they arrested him only because he wouldn't provide identification then that officer needs to be disciplined. It's ridiculous. I don't think even half of these so called cops even know what our rights are. That's why I will record any contact with the police these days.

Would be an identical case if Rea had been offered 1 million to play football, and had later been arrested.

You're the idiot. There are too many officers on the street that take the liberty of trampling all over our rights and it will never get any better until people decide to start holding them accountable for it.

No. You're the type of paranoid idiot that screams "am I being detained" when I ask you for the time.

I'm glad you think you know me so well. You're the type of arrogant idiot that thinks he knows every damn thing. Come spend some time around the bossier city police and I bet you change your tune real quick. You don't have to be one of those YouTube idiots recording police to protect yourself.

So you're a cop? Then you should know there are plenty bad apples out there. If a cop is respectful to me then he gets the exact same treatment and I will cooperate with them as long as they are not over reaching or trying to treat me like a criminal for no reason. The older ones around here are great but these younger guys on the force think they are tough shite.

Fed, but anyone that feels the need to film an officer is mostly just being a douche.

Until that time when you say to yourself "Damn, I wish I had recorded that".

This town is different from most. I had a friend that got arrested for his wife's prescription in the console even though both of their names were on the title and both drive the car. DA promptly dropped the charges when he showed him the situation but the whole situation was way out of line not to mention the embarrassment of being put in the inquisitor and having to bond out of jail. That kind of stuff goes on daily around here.
