According to the police report he wasn't in his front yard.

quote:

According to Gautier police spokesman Jerry Cooksey, Golson, 20, was on foot at the intersection of Woodbury Road and Chesswood Road in a residential area near Shepard State Park in Gautier at around 4:50 a.m. Sunday. Police asked Golson to identify himself and he refused to give his name or provide proper identification.

That alone is reason enough to detain him, and if his charge is disorderly conduct then he was probably giving the cops shite.

If Golson wouldn't tell the cops who he was or provide ID, how would they know it was his yard?

Go to the board that shall not be named. They are actually being sympathetic towards Senquez. I was not expecting that.

He can ask, but that person does not have to comply. And the cop certainly can't arrest them for not complying.

Real life? Didn't know you could just randomly stop a dude for no reason. Sounds unconstitutional to me.

I mean, you can. They can also leave at anytime.

Probably because when you read my opinions you realize how wrong you are.

LSU fans all got so fricking excited at the thought that their QB might be able to complete a pass if Senquez was suspended.

To detain Golson, all the cops need is reasonable suspicion that he has committed or is about to commit a crime. Young man with no shirt on walking around in a high crime area at 4 in the morning is enough. Note I said detain, not arrest. That just means he is not free to go until the police are done talking to him.

If Golson had simply acted right and told the police his name, he probably wouldn't have even been detained in the first place. The fact that he didn't comply is why he was detained. His charge was listed as disorderly conduct, so my guess is he started talking shite after he was detained and that's why he was arrested.

just jumping in this thread but this

quote:

is not a smart thing to do, if you want the cops to leave you alone

His draft stock probably dropped because of this. If he can't even outrun a bunch of cops his 40 time must suck.

Senquez went to Pascagoula High School. There are three options here:

1) His family moved in the last two years (Probably not)

2) He was not at his home

3) He was at his home, and used a different address to attend PHS to play sports. (Most Likely)
