I bet Richard Cross is actually Fireman.

I find Richard to be pretty articulate. Fireman can't complete a sentence without errors.

I don't think OPD targets athletes specifically

Fact.

OPD targets upper middle and upper class white kids.

Getting arrested isn't a big deal. We have so many damn laws it's impossible to not break a few.

I know most on tGrind Rant wouldn't want you to believe this, but a large chunk of those partying on the Square on any given school night are usually pretty wealthy. Ole Miss is actually a wealthy school, in terms of the students, believe it or not.

Public intoxication and disorderly conduct are legal terms used to describe most college kids leaving a bar.

Who gives a shite?

Getting behind the wheel is a different story.

I know you don't want to believe this but every school has rich kids. Ole Miss probably is different only in that their rich parents have instilled in their children that "you are a rich little Ole Miss kid". You are entitled. Act like it.

And the "Ole Miss is actually not a wealthy school" narrative continues.

Great little bro answer

Flagship institutions of states draw wealthier students - fact.

shite son. You couldn't hit a "wealthy school" with a rock standing 20 yds from the Lyceum. Here are wealthy schools:

I'd love to drop OPD off in the middle of Detroit and see how long they make it acting like the counts they act like in Oxford.

If he has reason to think you're intoxicated then it doesn't matter if you passed the test. You said yourself you were shitfaced. When you refuse the breathalyzer they can charge you with implied consent. Which is basically the same punishment as a DUI

You can refuse breathalyzer and field sobriety. Yes you will be arrested but odds are you'd be arrested if you took them. Then they'd have evidence you were drinking. As long as you aren't falling down in front of them or their camera, refuse all tests and never tell them you were drinking. Answer no. The have to prove you were drunk. Get a lawyer. It will cost you some but less than a DUI. You'll get off every time.

Bringing up endowments somehow refutes the fact that the students that go to school at Ole Miss are wealthy?
