We are more talented in every facet except maybe RB and even then it's debatable.

Auburn returns 18 starters.
That's not something I'd be proud of

If we beat Texas we will definitely beat Vandy.

You were freaking trash with those starters. You're starters are irrelevant because you were absolute trash. Frazier had one of the worst seasons of any SEC qb I can remember and he is one of your returners.
Because we had a terrible offense installed that wasn't suited for any of our QB's and the youngest offensive line in the country.
Chizik's tampa 2 defense won't be around any longer either.
If you think Auburn's team is going to resemble what it was last year then you are sadly mistaken.
We'll be installing Malzahn's championship proven Hurry up, no huddle offense and the 4-2-5 defense.

Ole Miss has Bama at home this season.

To be fair, look at how shitty Ole Miss was the previous year, and all that really changed was the coaching staff and a JUCO QB.

Id pick Vandy to beat Texas too.
The locals down here are very nervous about the Longhorns these days. Many suspect Mack has lost all authority and confidence is low among players and coaches. I really dont expect much from them.

I really don't even know why people are so worried about Vandy. Freeze will be preparing for them with plenty of time and that alone makes me comfortable. A&M is the only game I'm truly nervous about. That will be the deciding game for being second or third in the west.

No they don't. We have to go back to TTown
Posted on 4/14/13 at 11:56 pm to WAOMrebears
Because even when we are good we lose to them. 08 is a great example.

That was bigger than Freeze's hire for last year. Obviously the hire was much more important for the future.

The offensive system was the main factor.

He threw a LOT of interceptions. I love the guy but Bo makes some horrible decisions.

Well Gus is bringing that system to Auburn and many of their players will be familiar with it, having been there under Malzahn previously.
I think Ole Miss wins but I expect Auburn to be pretty solid next year.

If wont be as easy as people are making it out to be. Being out of a system for even just a year will take adjusting both offensively and defensively. By the end of the year though they should be improved. Just not early.

Do you understand that it takes time to rebuild a program? A program that didn't win an sec game. A program that had it's worst season in many decades. A program beaten by 49 points in the worst iron bowl performance in bama/auburn history.
Ole miss will improve in year 2 under Freeze. Auburn will not beat ole miss.
Really? How soon idiots like you forget. . .
Auburn's offense 2008 -#105 nationally, 303 yards per game. 17.3 points per game.
Auburn's offense 2009 - #16 nationally, 432 yards per game. 33.1 points per game.

Bo needed to go through spring. A couple of his picks were because of his shoulder (That duck in the Egg Bowl comes to mind) but most were terrible reads.
Bro doesn't lack confidence though.
