No I'm not.

I'm a bi-polar poster. Sometimes I can converse civil like and discuss topics in detail. Other times, I like to poke a hornets nest and see what might stir up.

In the end we're all fans with unhealthy addicitions to college sports, but it's a lot more fun than the opera or listening to our cackling hen wives/girlfriends go on and on and even more dumb shite. to all ranters

Honest answer:

OM is having a similar progression as Arkansas, but we are a little farther along. We have moved on past winning an sec game or two and moved on to further goals (that's not a slam; we were in y'all shoes a couple years ago). All of that to say: we didn't end the season very well (except the egg bowl), but in a larger sense, the program is still trending in the right direction and we're healthy and loaded. And recruiting is rolling right now.

Do you celebrate Billy Cannon winning the Heisman?

This question demonstrates your concept of a successful program. Not no but HELL NO!!! That was when the dinosaurs roamed the earth. Happy for him and LSU back then but that does not define what LSU football is today.

OM fans needs to wake up and understand how programs are rated. How many SEC or NCS trophies are in the case from the last 10-15 years max? Really dude, this is so basic.
Be quiet until OM has won one.

OM fans needs to 'grow a pair'!!!!

While I was disappointed with our defeat to Ole Miss last year, I'm glad their final victory against a D-1 opponent punched our ticket into the SEC Championship Game. The Iron Bowl was stressful but it wasn't as stressful as it could have been considering we already had the West wrapped up.

Nice try, but you can't change criteria midway just to keep yourself from being wrong. You fail, sir.

Sir? You must be in the 8th grade to address me as sir.

Your comment makes no sense. What was the last time OM won a NC or SECC? Exactly.............Stop posting dude as you make no sense.

We are confident because we did not lose a game last year without a Tunsil or Treadwell injury and are third in the nation in returning starters. Arky and TCU beat a shell of last year's team that isn't as talented as the 2015 team.

Delusional again......two totally different programs in development. Both doing alot better but Arky has the advantage with a STRONG finish and all skilled positions returning (especially QB). OM 'might' win 10 games if a lot of questions have positive answers. If not, OM could be at the bottom of the west!!!! Heard it here first!!

A "shell" of last year's team?

Who else wasn't playing against us besides Tunsil and Treadwell, because if losing two starters demotes your team to a shell of itself, that just means you didn't have the depth to be considered a top 25 team.

And it wasn't like we kicked a FG in the last seconds to win the game was it?

You got curb stomped 31 - 0, just in case the nightmares have subsided and you've forgotten.

Ole Miss played the best schedule in the country with a combined opponents winning percentage of .694, led the nation in scoring defense against that schedule, beat five opponents that FINISHED the season in the top 25, return almost all of their 2 deep and both kickers, and currently have no players with broken legs. Why wouldn't the fans be confident? Why do you think the last four games are any more important when considering how they might fare this year than the first nine were? They had one of the youngest two deep rosters in the country and finished third in the best division in football. Ole miss will be fine.

How have we been "cocksure"? Most of us are predicting 8-4/9-3. That's pretty reasonable for a team that returns 14 starters after going 9-3. It alllllll depends on Swag. He has a year in which he accounts for 30 touchdowns, we win 10-11. Our defense will keep us in every game. I think playing Auburn and Bama on the road will hurt us in the end though.

The rebs schedule might do them in more than anything else. Ten straight games to start the season before their bye week.

Games eight nine and ten are A&M, Aub and Arky. Tough stretch there.

From what I saw in a preseason mag there are three SEC teams that return just as many or more starters than ole miss. Plus there are just a few that lost more lettermen than the rebs.

We didn't have engram or sanders against tcu if I'm not mistaking....those are our top 3 receivers.

With tunsil out...our entire line had to shift left one spot.

Until we have a sure-fire SEC quarterback, I'm sitting on the sidelines, fingers crossed.

Arky stomped us on field position, physicality, and we had a RB who dropped 2 passes. He gone.
