Alabama bought their tickets and WVU's. You really want to compare fans traveling to games?

One would think that someone from Idaho ... would have no desire to ever visit Atlanta for any reason.

you sold 31k

We sold ~34k

You want to compare numbers? Because I think 34k > 31k.

I mean.....i might be wrong...but I sincerely doubt it.

For the circumstances (i.e. Distance, Thursday, fanbase size) I think we did about as well as anyone could reasonably expect.

Whenever OM athletics is discussed it's usually scoffed at by big 6 fans, so why is it expected that our traveling numbers are supposed to be on par as well? You can't have it both ways.

We are actually an excellent fanbase traveling wise for our size, and we would have brought more fans than probably half the other conference schools in the same situation, so I really don't get the attitude from some of y'all.

I bet we brought more than fricking Florida would have brought, for instance.

and then of course Neville Chamberlin Alleva agreed to play TAM on Thanksgiving night!!!! good grief, next thing you know LSU will be playing in the Sudetenland on Wednesday night...

Hey dumbass! The game is only a Thursday night when it is at A&M. There won't be any attendance issues. We play on Friday when you are the home team.

And it isn't like your fans have a large ticket allotment from us anyway.

the difference is that most of our fans actually attended our school, and more importantly college. so we don't need the flunked out rednecks to come and bail us out

OM had 34K fans at the game

Bama will have around double that.

Not complicated:

1. OM second smallest school in SEC.
2. Thursday night.
3. No help from opposing team.
4. No sidewalk fans
5. Back to back NFL stadium games on the schedule.

no...pretty sure a bama fan started it first...

regardless of who "compared it first". If Bama fans don't bring 45k+ on a Saturday....then they can't say anything about us bringing 32k last night.

OM fan mentioned WV/Bama game first, guess that makes them dumb according to your logic

Ole Miss sold 35,000 tickets to this game. How many tickets has Alabama sold (not including what WV sold)?

As I have already stated, Bama will have around 55k-60k fans there.
