Nah, I just know a poorly constructed troll when I see one.
Don't look in the mirror then, it's all you're doing right now and you are so off base it's not even funny.

Villanova at times shares the Wells Fargo Center with the 76ers
Georgetown plays in the Verizon Center (Wizards)
Madison Square Garden regularly hosts St.Johns games
Value City Arena where Ohio State plays isn't shared with an NBA team but an NHL team instead (same difference)
Memphis shares the FedEx Forum with the Grizz
I'm sure I'm forgetting some.
So really, zero top 25 teams since Nova rarely rarely plays at Wells Fargo that I cannot grant you that as one.
And Ohio State does not share with an NHL team, as a big hockey fan, I can tell you that is incorrect. Columbus plays at Nationwide Arena.

You get the honorary Ole Miss Rebel of the Day award

NC State shares PNC Arena with the Carolina Hurricanes.

I've always liked smaller " gyms" for college bball. FWIW I thought Barnhill was incredible, Walton is really nice but I just didn't get that same feeling in the newer, bigger building.

I like the fieldhouse set up. One of my favorite arenas I've been to is Hinkle Fieldhouse up at Butler University (seats about 9k itself).

You lost with the D1 football line. That was awesome.

Huh? Do you know the difference between a big school and small school?

Georgetown and Ohio State?

I'm not trolling at all. I've been to plenty of basketball arenas, large and small, that have hosted good basketball teams. I'm just calling you on your bullshite.

I didn't get to see UK's NIT game in Memorial, but I'd love for them to play an occasional game there. They did up until almost the 80s (as a pretty "big" basketball school at that point) and it only seats 10,000. I've seen some women's games there and volleyball and the venue is a lot of fun.

Ohio State does not share their arena.

Yes, you are, because you think this has anything to do with Ole Miss specifically and me trolling them when it has absolutely nothing to do with that and is in response to a post by an Auburn fan on page 1 that said bigger gyms are overrated.

They do with an NHL team. Same difference.
ETA: They share Nationwide, not Value. They're sister venues and play at least a yearly game at Nationwide.

Bigger gyms do tend to be overrated. Especially when they don't have a good enough basketball team to fill them with consistency.

No they don't.

That's an opinion, and I listed over half the current top 25 that have 15K+ arena's. Bigger is better more times than not, even in basketball.
But I agree, there is nothing wrong with a nice small arena.
Big arenas are not overrated, though.

Speaking of playing in a NBA arena, does anyone know why Tulane is playing Memphis in the Smoothie King Center? Makes no sense, and it looks like they are only using the lower bowl anyways.

Duke has the money, and fan draw, to sell out a 15K+ seat arena with EASE, but they'll never do it. Cameron is too historical and literally one of a kind in all of basketball.
Debatable, duke only consistently sell out Cameron when it's a big name ACC, or OCC.

That's the case for any school.

I'm pretty sure they use it when they play bigger D1 opponents for seating purposes.

Bigger basketball schools have bigger arena's, just a fact.
We're a bigger basketball school and don't have a bigger arena.

IIRC, Tulane is renovating their home floor.
