WTF is the NCAA "punishment board"??? He was head of the rules comittee from '94 to '99...Is that what your thinking??Had nothing to do with any type of infractions committee.No such thing as a "punishment board".
We SUED the NCAA along with Oklahoma in the 80's and got HAMMERED by them for very minor infractions in the 80's...they despised us and still do.
