Virginia on the road? Clemson, who lost 11 of their last 12 ACC games, hosting? South Carolina not in the tourney? WTF?

I'm still legitimately surprised they didn't put UVA in our region.

Indiana as a 2 seed is bizarre.

ORU record looks nice and all, but they've played 3 teams in in 3 months with a winning record. Missouri St, Oklahoma and Oklahoma St. All midweek games.

Hogs will win this Regional. It looks loaded, but it's really not that bad at all.

We lost our last 8 series. Can't make it in with that.

We can go ahead and place UF in the cws. Us and uf got super easy regionals

If we make the supers I might make the trip down. You and your fiance should too.

Yeah, maybe they did. Iowa won the tournament.

I wouldn't call it an easy draw, considering the familiarity and rivalries within the state. Those factors up the ante. And I think it's fair.

Not a bad draw for Vandy. No guarantee that they take advantage of it.

Kind of a meh tournament draw for the regionals and super regionals. Kentucky-Louisville is the most juicy potential super. The committee really screwed Kentucky on that though. Hope Kentucky makes it to the CWS.

State in the Hattiesburg Regional and paired with the Baton Rouge regional. That's wasn't by mistake.

The one year that a Tallahassee regional is a welcome site for AU. FSU did not play like a host all year and AU did not play like a 3 seed all year. If Mize and Thompson are at full strength I think AU could make some noise.

Auburn could certainly win that regional.

I would not call any of these easy but for a team that squeezed into the tourney, I'll take it as opposed to Lubbock or Fort Worth.

Pairing Hattiesburg and Baton Rouge does not seem fair.

Why would Kentucky be upset with their super regional pairing? The only way it could have been better would have been Stanford right? Or is this still just a residual unhappiness about not being a top 8 seed in the first place? That much I would understand.

I will say, this UofL team hasn't looked like the world beaters McDonnell has had in the past. They had a similar out in the ACC Tournament as we did in the SEC. We split with them this season as well.

And blue will absolutely get in if we can get to that Super. I was at Jim Patterson when we played them mid-season and it set a stadium attendance record. And there was a good amount of blue there that night too.

My only argument is that it's kind of shitty given that UofL was the #7 National Seed and Kentucky just missed on a National Seed and got paired. But they're going to put you in a regional matchup that fills the seats.

We've been worse places.

If we get sent to the losers bracket we don't have the pitching to get out of it. I can see us winning basically if we win out.
