And yes there are some things we would not tolerate at UA that Dabo likes for some reason.

Our D players carry an axe around yours argue which power ranger they are. Our team holds up 4 fingers in the 4th, your team sticks 4 fingers up opposing players butts.

So I agree we have some things we would not tolerate so you win a few points for your argument.

If Dabo were smart he'd say no the first time, let some other poor sucker try to follow Saban, then when he fails he can swoop in to save the day.

Their next coach will be Billy Napier. Brilliant offensive mind and a Bama guy as well

Dabo is a Bama quality coach. I would certainly welcome him as the next coach of Bama when Saban retires.

i am pretty shocked he came out and made those comments.

i'd be pissed if i was a clemson fan

Better to prepare them for the possibility than spring it on them if it happens.

He's the OC at Arizona State. That's about it.

He's such a great offensive mind we passed him over for the town drunk Steve Sarkisian.

No my contention is Dabo would have some two loss seasons and he would give his I thought we got the most out of our players and performed through out the year. A few bounces didn't go our way but this is a championship level team. That shite would fly at Alabama

You've never heard Saban speak. Saban in one breath will sound just like all of the "entitled" Bama fans, but in the next criticize people for criticizing his team for narrowly escaping against a team like Arky in 2014.

He, like many coaches, plays the game. You've got to give them positive reinforcement so they know you're on their side, but you can't let them be satisfied with good enough.

No I'm saying the stuff Dabo does and says sometimes would not fly at Alabama after Saban.

So a place where he grew up, his wife grew up, he and his wife both attended and graduated from, where he played and won a national title at, and where he coached wouldn't give him a little slack and freedom to be different than Saban?

Also, he'd be coming home as a national title winning coach who can recruit at a high level and loves the school more than any other hire would. But please, by all means, keep telling us what we won't tolerate. Maybe you'll manage to convince yourself you're right.

It's obvious you know Dabo would come, so now you've moved on to trying to convince us he wouldn't be successful here and he don't want him.

the Bama job is a major step up. Clemson just doesn't have the respectability factor nationally. Bama is Bama and well, clemson is just another school in the carolinas.
