Les Miles won 10+ games for many years as well in a much harder conference

Dabo definitely ain't Saban

Nick plays by a different set of rules and I don't think Dabo would be all in with that style

Not to pile on, but this is hilarious coming from a clemson fan

Just mention NewSpring to them and they'll start crying. They'll throw a temper tantrum and get uber pissy.

Yeah and Dabo could be tied with BC and clemsons quarterback could be getting pressure from everywhere and after the game Dabo says the offensive line played great. You're proving my point. Completely different than Saban

Also the type of thing Saban says.

You are literally destroying your own point.

Nobody is.

Dabo would be the most proven, consistent and realistic option to replace him, though.

- 37-5 in the ACC since 2011 (17-1 since 2015)
- 64-9 since 2011 overall (32-2 since 2015)
- wins over the whose who of college football
- 4 top 10 finishes in the last 5 years
- 2 CFP appearances
- 1 national title

There isn't anybody else in football with that type of resume who would consider leaving for another program. He'd be a helluva replacement.

I doubt many Bama fans would be cool with offering full rides to former teammates sons who will never play meaningful snaps. Doing this all why numbers are tight because you don't take in huge classes. Theres a player on clemsons team whose dad was sick who was offered a grey shirt at Bama but Dabo offered him a full scholarship. Cool story but this is division one football. Would Bama fans be ok with it? Maybe but a completely different style than Saban

1 national championship

no real football specialty (OC or DC)

both speak like they went to shitty public school

matter of time before Dabo is going 8-4

I guess you saw where he questioned you being a football player when you were in high school. It's bad enough he makes one stupid comment, then he backs it up with another one.

Hurry, name another thing we wouldn't be ok with or that we'd hate.

We like winning. Dabo wins. We'd hire Dabo and let him do his thing. Personally, I think it'd be a great idea to bring in a guy who has the same work ethic and commitment to his way as Saban, but whose approach is the total opposite. It would immediately kill a lot of the "well Saban would have done this" arguments because they are so different.

Yea, Dabo doesn't harp on improvement when Clemson wins a game. He just high fives folks and gives everyone an ice cream party.

Sorry, we like Dabo and would thrilled to have him whenever Saban hangs um up. You aren't changing our minds.

You were better off when you didn't know!

Man...some of these people. They finally win something and all of a sudden they think they are an expert at everything. As if their favorite team winning somehow made them smarter.

it's pretty obvious you're gonna get Dabo

unless Saban hangs around long enough for Dabo to start going 8-4

You know what I think we would really like about Dabo?

He wins.

Go put together some more stats about how dansby Swanson is going to be an all-star level player. This football thing is obviously not in your wheelhouse.

So, your contention is the Alabama fans will not be happy if Dabo comes in....wins National Championships, but doesn't win by 40 points?
