Exactly! That particular Level 1 violation has nothing to do with the monetary amount that "may" have been paid to Lewis. The fact that OleMiss had a system firmly in place were an OM staffer arranged and coordinated recruits and boosters where recruits could receive impermissible benefits is the issue at hand.

It is illogical to think that Hugh Freeze knew nothing about the system when he petitioned the NCAA to grant Barney Farrar a waiver to recruit in the first place.
