What is funny is both sides think that because it is pretty middle of the road with both schools. Logic in an illogical world that is Mississippi Athletics.

They were LvL 1 violations. They will be argued and OM expects there to be less than that when they get their day to explain themselves. It may not change but the OM administration is expecting it to.

What law firm are y'all using to research and build your defense case when you go before the Committee on Infractions?

They also expected to be able to cheat their dicks off without getting caught. Who cares what the admins expect ?

The AD says that over 1.5 million have been spent on legal fees = good news

The Birmingham legal counsel, who was supposed to guide Ole Miss through the murky waters and get them a favorable ruling, drops the case right after the Draft night fiasco = not good news

He was saying at some point OM and Bjork have to change their stance, aka fight back and tell the NCAA to go frick themselves but I don't see that happening.

That is basically what they have been doing. They clearly have not been fully cooperative as was seen on Draft Night. They (the staff as a whole) has clearly been dishonest with the NCAA and the fan base...either actively or tacitly.

Hell, they were telling recruits on the weekend the Forte story ran (before signing day), that is all related to the previous staff. Turns out - that was a HUGE lie.

I think the NCAA believes that Bjork has been fricking with them the whole time with his "I can't wait to tell our side of the story" media stance.

OM is about to get damaged, period. I think Bjork goes, Freeze ends up being retained when Archie steps in as interim AD.

Old Hugh will then run an article about how Bjork lied to him for years on end - to save face.

Bjork and a few assistants will be the ultimate fall-guys in all of this mess.

That's just stupid. All the Lvl 1's were either about Tunsil or the ACT stuff. He didn't exactly lie. I think there was some miscommunication between whoever published that phrase. Instead of "it was all under the previous staff" it was "almost all of it doesn't include Freeze" which is true.

Or he was misquoted. Happens all the time. The phrases have the same connotation but in hindsight mean 2 completely separate things. A journalist with an objective could have easily changed the quote.
