Auburn has finished top 5 in rushing in the SEC in 11 out the last 13 years.

There are four teams tied for the most players in the top 25 highest passing yardage single seasons in conference history, with three each. Those teams, with the three players listed, are:
Arkansas - Brandon Allen, Tyler Wilson, Ryan Mallett (x2)
Georgia - Matthew Stafford, Eric Zeier, Aaron Murray
Kentucky - Jared Lorenzen (xPillsbury Throwboy), Andre Woodson (x2), Tim Couch (x2)
Tennessee - Erik Ainge, Tyler Bray (xBeer Bottles), Peyton Manning
As noted above, Arkansas and Kentucky are the only two schools that have more than three seasons in the top 25 highest passing yardage single seasons in conference history. Arkansas has four, and Kentucky has the most with five. So of the top 25 highest passing yardage seasons in conference history, Kentucky makes up 20% of the list. I thought that was pretty impressive.
ETA: Players are listed from lowest to highest passing yards among those from their school.

Alabama is the only SEC school to have won an SEC football championship in every decade since the SEC was founded. Came really close to that ending in 2009

Auburn went 24 years before winning an SEC title in '57 then went another 26 years before winning another in '83.
Until 2004 Georgia Tech had more SEC championships than auburn

There was not a single iPhone in the stands the last time Tennessee beat Alabama

I was at that game with my Dad.
Alabama had a 28 game SEC winning streak, a 26 game overall winning streak, and had beaten State 22 straight times.
The game was in Jackson (1980) back when they played games there (similar to Bama playing in BHM).
It was the loudest crowd I have ever heard in my life. In the last minute, Jacobs kept trying to get the referee to stop the clock because of the crowd noise. He would not do it.
DE Tyrone Keys made the hit on Jacobs, caused the fumble and it was recovered by DE Billy Jackson at the 1 yard line with 6 seconds left in the game.
A couple of notes, State still had to run one play, one of Bama's DL swatted the ball before it was snapped causing a fumble. It was recovered by States FB Donald Ray King at the 1 yard line. State's center Kent Hull (later of Buffalo Bill fame) said later that official said he would have thrown a flag, had Bama recovered but did not since State recovered and the game was over.
After the game, Coach Bryant visited the State locker room to congratulate the team and told them they had earned the victory (6-3). In my lifetime, that is only time I have heard of that happening. The Bear was all class.
Most exciting game I have ever seen in my life and I have been to a bunch of games over the last 45 years.
That 1980 State team finished the season with four straight victories
Auburn 24-21 (goal line stand at the end to preserve the win).
The Bama game mentioned above 6-3.
LSU 55-27 (game was close at the half but we ran the opening kick off (Glen Young) back in the second half to start the rout).
Ole Miss 19-14 in the Egg Bowl.
I was at all 4 games and interestingly enough, due to a scheduling quirk , all 4 games were in Jackson. We were the visiting team in the Egg Bowl.

Right now, the three most interesting to me are:
1. Auburn has more undefeated football seasons than Alabama
2. LSU has as many No. 1 NBA draft picks as Kentucky
3. The SEC has produced just one MLB hall of famer
A little known tidbit on that 1980 MSU-Bama game. That MSU team was really good. They went 6-1 in the SEC. They would have won the SEC Championship if not for a fluke Lindsay Scott 92 yard touchdown that happened the next week to give Georgia a late win over Florida. Georgia, of course went on to win the natty.

UGA also had a fluke TD in a one score (17-10) win in the Sugar Bowl to win the NC. ND played "You take it-I got it" on a kickoff and left the ball on the ground inside their five yard line.

Last tidbit on the 1980 State team. A couple of years later, Florida got into NCAA trouble and almost had to forfeit their victories from 1980.
Had that happened, State would have been 7-0 and co-champions w/UGA. Florida beat us 21-15 in Gainesville for our only loss in the conference that year.
Now mind you, to me the on the field results are what matter. State was forced to forfeit 19 victories between 1975-77 for an entirely bogus reason but that is a story for another thread.

Of course you prefer the results where you won due to cheating

If we had cheated , then I would have no problem forfeiting those games.
A football player got a 15% discount at a Starkvegas Clothing store. The 15% discount was for all students so no favoritism was given to an athlete. The NCAA suspended the player for the 1975 season. Coach Tyler got a court injunction so he could play.
Well the case bounced around the court system until the end of 1977 where shockingly the NCAA original ruling was upheld
So as punishment the NCAA forced State to forfeit the games that he played that we won because we played a "ineligible player "
The players name was Larry Gilliard.
So that is why I say it was totally bogus.

I'm still surprised we hired Ed Orgeron as HC.

Les Miles has the highest winning percentage among LSU’s full-time head coaches since the Tigers joined the SEC. In his 10 seasons at the helm, Miles has won 78 percent of his games with a 103-29 record
Posted on 7/2/17 at 12:43 pm to LSUBeaux88
Les was canned for failing to beat Bama after the regular season game in 2011.
I was at the State-LSU in Starkvegas in 2011, game was 9-6 until mid way 4th quarter and State played LSU straight up all the way to the end losing 19-6.
I said after that game LSU was the #1 team in the nation and would beat Bama, which they did.
LSU got screwed by having to playing Bama twice.
LSU would have destroyed Oklahoma State.
But no way anybody is going to beat Bama twice in a season.
That was era changing game right there.
Miles would still be the coach had they won the NC in 2011.
