It's early...but so far this is the most ridiculous thing I've seen today.

Got to agree on AJ Johnson, Dismukes, and Depriest. All 3 were very suspect.

Johnson was anything but "suspect". The guy had 425 tackles and missed 1/2 of his Senior season.

Ouchie Lawson has to be in this last....basically any defensive "5 star" Auburn has signed since Chizik.

I feel bad for Lawson. A great talent that can't stay healthy. But since I heard his first injury was during a game of naked twister. He's my favorite Aubie since Barkley.

Now Montavious Adams has been an overrated bust. The hype oh the kid was unreal. It just goes to show what happens when you get a highly recruited player from a very small division

I don't think he really had the chance to prove if he was overrated or not

I find it weird to include guys who were kicked off early in their career

AJ Johnson? You mean UT's AJ Johnson? Dude, you don't know what the hell you're talking about - unless you're referring to his pro career.

Gotta go with Mark Ingram - dude won the Heisman. A Heisman winning RB doesn't get ran down and stripped by a backup defensive lineman.

Adams biggest issue has been that we haven't had anyone else on that line as a true threat, so he gets double and triple teams constantly. I would agree that he fits this better than Lawson, though. When Lawson was healthy last year, Adams played much better as did our whole defense. The kid hasn't been able to stay on the field, but he may have more of an affect on our D than any player in the SEC does with their respective team.

In addition, Dorsey was awarded the Bronko Nagurski Trophy, the Outland Trophy, the Lott Trophy and the Lombardi Award, becoming the only player to win all four awards

That's really impossible to say. He did win the SECCG to send LSU to the BCSNCG before getting kicked from the team.

If he's basing it off NFL production, this thread is going to blow up.

why us? Here are his career numbers vs UGA:

11- 2 tackles (which were both sacks), 1 FF
12- 4 tackles, 1 sack
13- 3 tackles, 1 sack

He whooped us in 11 and was a major force in SC winning. In 12 and 13 he didn't do too much, and we completely owned him in 13.

I think he's rated appropriately. He was one of the most dominant players in CFB during his peak, but I also think that he was also the recipient of insane amounts of media hype and got lazier towards the end of his career.

He was All SEC, All American and #1 Overall in the NFL Draft. Your post is ignorant

I'm not saying he was good or bad, but that's a terrible defense for saying he wasn't overrated.

An NFL bust doesn't mean overrated in college. He tore shite up when he wrote crimson.

How was he overrated? He was absolutely unstoppable until he got chopped blocked against AU.

If we're going to include players that were great in college and didn't pan out in the NFL, let's not leave out Trent Richardson.. Potentially the biggest flop of all time

Oh I bet we could all come up with one individual who was a bigger flop than Richardson. I'll even let you guess what university he attended.
