Lokking forward to this one. If Mizzou can get by a tough Ole Miss team on the road with a depleted roster then Ill like our chances of being no worse than second this year in SEC.
Just glad our coach is not CMA for conf road games.

I laughed at your name. It's simple but effective

He isn't the best overall player in the conference, but he put up 32 against UT while having an off night.

What he lacks in skill he makes up for with swag

Bower is in the 1,000 point club at Mizzou. And we typically have a bunch of player that get into double figures in every game - our scoring gets spread out.
Is Henderson your PG?

How do you know he doesn't have rocket balls huh?

SG. Summers and Chris Warren v0.2 run point. It'd be nice if we could get the goofy Venezuelan going this game.

Without Dixon, we really drop off at PG when Flip needs a break. Dixon had to go, though. We're hoping Brown can develop into a #2 PG for us.
Mizzou fans, who do you think will guard Henderson? Flip? Or maybe Ross?

Some Rebs may disagree, but there is a major drop from Summers to Millinghaus too.
The thing about Henderson is that his release is quick and he can shoot off balanced pretty well.

Really looking forward to this game. Ole Miss has a chance to really prove it's legit and Mizzou has a chance to establish itself in the upper tier of the SEC.
As for the team, Flip, at 3' 10", runs the show. He does have a tendency of trying to do too much though and it can lead to turnovers or horrible shot selection. He does have the ability to take over a game from the point though.
Bell is a 6' 4" athletic player and decent defender. He's best going to the basket as opposed to shooting from outside.
Brown can pretty much do it all for a 6' 5" redshirt freshman. Good outside shot and you can see he has the ability to slash to the basket as well. I think he's getting more confidence and getting more comfortable with the team with every game.
Webster-Chan, a freshman, is a decent defender, but at times you can tell he's a freshman. The game sometimes is too fast for him. Occasionally gets hot from beyond 3 but a liability if he's forced to play point if Pressey is out. He's a 6' 7" guard whose just not built to play point.
Jankovic, a 6' 11" small forward has a decent shot from outside and is quick to the basket at times. He tends to be the one that ignites crowds at home but obviously we're on the road. Even more than with Webster-Chan, the game gets too fast for him at times.
Ross is a 6' 5" shooting guard who also plays strong inside rebounding or going to the rim. He's probably our biggest threat from 3 along with Brown.
Rosberg is a 6' 10" interior player who will get spot minutes. Not much of a threat offensively but is there, in my opinion, to pick up some fouls making life hard on your post players before the others return to the game.
Oriakhi is a stong 6' 9" post player. I always expect 10 points and 10 rebounds from him with a couple blocks. He's tough on the boards and defending, as long as he doesn't have to defend someone facing the basket.
Criswell, returning from a broken finger on his non-shooting hand, is also 6' 9". He's not quite as strong as Oriakhi inside but can move out further on the offensive and defensive end. He has a solid mid range shot as well.
Bowers is obviously one of our best players but is out.
Other than Rosberg, any of the players are capable of scoring. Of the group, any can go for 20 points on any given night, with Webster-Chan and Jankovic being the least likely.
Look forward to the game. Good luck to you guys.

Bell's our best defender on the perimeter I think.

Is doesn't really matter, because Henderson will take bad shots over him regardless.
