Where do you think Columbia MO is? in a normal summer it can get over a 100 degrees from July-Sept, don't think heat is going to be the deciding factor.

This is a sensitive subject for Mizzou because they had the same exact situation in the Big 12. No matter what they did or who all they beat in their division the Southern Division was always considered to be superior in the BDF.
So yeah, I'm quite sure they're aware that running through the East last year may not have been the toughest road out of a division.. but it's not like they get to choose which division they play in at the start of each season.
