It's about right in the fantasy in your head.

Let me make a similar statement with a similar amount of facts and insight.

If LSU was in the ACC they would have finished 8th.

You're not even trying now.

Did you all even Ole Miss properly last year?

I just read the opening post, not the whole thread, and really don't like or hate mizzou. What is damn close to a FACT is that they got to skip LSU, bama and auburn in the regular season last year. If they play any or all of those boys, they don't get to atlanta.

I find it funny when someone talks about the East being down. That's the only time you'll find Mizzou and South Carolina fans remotely civil with each other while still arguing.

It's a sight to behold.

One of these things is not like the other (at least in 2013)

And you're lucky you didn't have to play us or Scar

An injury decimated UG/UF pair and UT at their lowest and you can't see how the East could be considered down?

I get your argument but the other side has a point too, no?

Anyway, that argument is old. I hope all teams are at full strength this year to see how it all shakes out.

I'm out. Heading to the mountains. Flame away.

LSU didnt play any ranked teams from the SEC East last year. Skipped Mizzou,South Carolina and Vanderbilt.

LSU was lucky to finish 3rd in the West.

Just because the power shifted to other schools doesnt mean the East was down historically. In fact, last year was probably in the top 1/4 of all East seasons.

The other side only has a point if EVERYONE can use the excuse. All of you told us in 2012 to shut up and get depth...we did that. Now when we say the same things to you that you said to us about not using injuries as an excuse, suddenly it's not fair. Most Mizzou fans have sided with you that the amount of injuries you had was ridiculous but 2 East teams in the top 5.....you gotta give some props, no?

What if the other four teams finished ranked 1-4? Would the east still be down? Because all you schools living on past glory would think so

If you are trying to say LSU is not like bama or auburn, LSU beat auburn rather handily. The fact remains, mizzou sucked hind tit the first year in the sec, and beat a down and injured east while avoiding the 2 titans and auburn to squeak into atlanta. Once again, i am ambivalent towrds mizzou, just do it for a while ,and they will become established.

Ok now I usually don't stick up for Missouri on here but that's retarded. They were the injured team in 2012 and took shite for it.

This year Missouri's "excuse" is everyone else's reason?

You lost to Ole Miss.

Its fairly obvious that Mizzou winning the East has rustled up some of you. I think its hilarious.

Where were you when everyone was bashing Mizzou's first year when our injury list looked a lot like FLoridas last year?

You spuds are entertaining with your hypocrisy

Funny cuz people said Mizzou would get stomped by Ole Miss and Tex. as A&M. Now they say Mizzou would've lost to Bama and LSU too. Hell might as well say they'd lose to Miss State and Arky too.

Guess we'll see how Mizzou plays this year with their bad 2-3* recruits. Mizzou should lose about 5 SEC games by 14-21pts since they dont get top players.
