eh texas would be fine in any conference. they have money and a recruiting hotbed.
anyone that ever claims USC, Texas or Da U are never going to recover have no clue what they are talking about. The teams in the Big10 are more likely to not recover to past glory.
its probably a bad idea to think any major school isn't capable of recovering. The closest I can think that will struggle to ever be great again is Nebraska. They are in the middle of nowhere and no recruits around. The game and population has shifted away from them. It will take a massive effort for them to get back to championship level.

He is right, mack recruited alot of shitty players, shitty people and general soft kids. Texas was living off the name of past players for a while. Charlie is cleaning it out. I figure they probably win 8 next year and then take off in his 3rd year.
The overall record of last year doesn't show the damage that mack had done to the program. People that just look on the surface are missing the key details.
