The lack of respect Mizzou gets every year never fails to amuse me

Barnett being named 2nd team = bad news for the SEC

Dupre caught 9 passes in SEC play last year the fact you think he should even be lightly considered is silly

And Jeremy Johnson is second team QB after only playing one half of football plus mop up duty. He only had three touchdown passes all year.

Agree with you. If you are on a blue blood team you get pre-season All-SEC but that doesn't mean crap.

Example: Mike Matthews will be post season first team All-SEC Center, and Josh Reynolds will lead the SEC in TD catches, you can bank it.

The Auburn hype is comical. A QB that was on the bench most of the time last year is now 2nd string All-SEC. lmao

It's the media. Same people who have been over-hyping him since the moment he arrived on campus.

It's the media's fault he's overrated, not RNk's.

No business on the first team anything.

How is Carl Lawson a 1st team selection over Derek Barnett?

The same reason there were 5 media members that didn't have Nick Chubb on their 1st team offense. They're dumb as shite.

I don't disagree that's equally ridiculous

Second-Team

OL Germain Ifedi, Texas A&M (124)

Third-Team

WR Josh Reynolds, Texas A&M (39)

So future 1st round tackle(4th in a row for A&M) is only 2nd team? GTFO

Reynolds was 2nd to only Cooper in rec TDs and he can't even crack the top 4.

Surprised no one's complaining about Cyrus Jones on 1st Team. He quietly had a very good year last year. Some tard Bama fans still insist he stinks.

My singular beef is putting Jeremy Johnson on the second team. Not near enough sample size for that kind of hype. Put Dobbs, Brandon Allen or Kyle Allen there.

Still not sold on him, but I don't think he stinks. He was a huge liability early on, and I'm not sure anyone from our current secondary deserves to be on the list.

1st Team All-SEC? Ehh... probably not.

I don't see how you put a guy that didn't play much last year on the list period. This is supposed to be earned, not given out.

Auburn is being set up for a big fail as expectations are sky high.

Carl Lawson is a beast but he had only played one season. Derek Barnett has played one season.

Barnett's 1 season >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Lawson's 1 season and it really isn't even close.

SEC is full of first round talent, Robinson and Tunsil surely are projected there.

I guess you could quarrrel about Theus and Alexander ahead of Ifredi, but they were all very close in votes so they are pretty much grouped together. Alexander and Theus have been excellent in college thus far.
