Nah. Oklahoma would be decent.
Other than that, let's get a NC or Virginia school.
Dream world, but I would love to see VT and NC State in the SEC.
Should note that I'm saying this as if we have to expand

LSU would most likely vote NO to UTexas as well.
If we expand, we need only schools in states we do not already have a presence in.

Just like I've always told dumbass aggys. Texas to the SEC and aggy out on their arse will eventually happen.
TAMU isn't leaving the conference whether or not UT joins
Texas would get rocked so badly it may put htem second level to the aggy arse you refer to

Sorry. Accidentally down voted you. But you are 100% correct.

Would be far more profitable for the conference than second rate poor aggy.

Nobody other than aggy is going to down vote TEXAS coming into the SEC. Get real.

You can add Mizzou in ink to that list.
Arky & LSU probably wouldn't be thrilled either.
I agree. I didn't list them because none of them have an in-state rival who is upwardly ambitious. The Group of 5 are solidly opposed to their rivals getting into the SEC.

Man, UT-to-sec would put a major dent in the great unsuccessfulness of aTm in the SEC

Nobody's too crazy about A&M and Missouri as it is. Why on Earth would the SEC want another team?
Posted on 10/18/16 at 2:57 pm to Lemony Snicket
It's already been stated that at least 4 schools not named A&M would. Possibly 5.
Kentucky, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Texas A&M all have an agreement to not add their in state rivals. Any of those team's rivals would get an instant no from those schools.

Can you imagine Texas back on top and playing those match ups on the SEC main stage?
If our move to the SEC forces Texas to come to the SEC we win a bragging right that no losses on the field can erase.

Add Tennessee to the mix...those SOB's took our interlocking UT, and have been trying to take the Power T logo, too. F-them.

They have to give up their network. If they join hands with the SEC and agree to the revenue splitting, then I'd welcome it in a heartbeat.
